We had the pleasure of living in Western Mansions, and I must say that our experience with our landlord was exceptional. Unlike the common issues tenants often face with deposits in the UK, he promptly returned ours without any hassle.

He was incredibly efficient in addressing any repairs, always resolving them within 24 hours, which we greatly appreciated. Communication was smooth, as he was consistently prompt in replying to any queries or concerns.

What stood out the most was the respect for our privacy and the professionalism throughout our tenancy. He has truly been the best landlord we’ve had, and we’re grateful for his outstanding support and management.

Thank you Nicola for being responsive to issues whenever I called.  A guy called Jay came into the property this morning. Since I have been living here is the first builder or maintenance guy that takes his time to work round the whole property to see the real state of the property. I really appreciate Jay, friendly and really good. In case of anything about the property really like to see Jay again.

Contacted with lady called Danielle who’s put it as urgent, it was resolved within one hour, it’s incredible service.
